REGENERATION
John 3:5 - 7   Titus 3:5   Romans 6:4   Colossians 2:12, 13   I Peter 1:22, 23
"5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee,
Ye must be born again."
"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;" "Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the  dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life."

"12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the  operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he
quickened (made alive) together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;"
" 22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever."

Water - Born Again Washing - Regeneration Baptism - New Life Baptism - Made Alive Obeying the Truth - Born Again
I Peter 3:20, 21   Galatians 3:26, 27   II Corinthians 5:17   Ephesians 5:26   SUMMARY
"20  Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
21
The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:"
"26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
27 For as many of you as have been
baptized into Christ have put on Christ."

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
"That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing, of water by the word," Being "Born Again" or "Regenerated" or "Sanctified" is done at the point of water Baptism.  Water Baptism does not regenerate us.  It changes our state before God.  We were born from above as new creatures living in the family of God through Christ Jesus' work on the cross.
Like Noah-Raised to new life-Baptism Children - Baptism "into" Christ In Christ - New Creature Sanctified - Washing
Note how this state occured at Water Baptism when one obeyed the Truth.
